The Norfolk Record Society welcomes individual and institutional members from the UK and overseas.

Membership of the Society runs from 1 January to 31 December and entitles each membership category to a copy of the current year’s volume and attendance of our Annual General Meeting, Volume Launch and any other events we organise*.

To join the Society you can sign up for an annual membership online by Direct Debit using the relevant link (below) to your required membership category.

If you are unable to make payment for your subscription by Direct Debit, please complete our Membership Application (Non-Direct Debit) Form and our Honorary Treasurer will contact you to confirm that your preferred payment method is available.


Please Note: Only individual and joint members registered in the UK will receive invitations to the Annual General Meeting, volume launch and any other events we organise. We do not currently send invitations to overseas or institutional members but if any overseas individual member or representative for an institution would like to attend an event then please notify the Honorary Secretary.

  • Update your Membership Details: If any of your membership details change (e.g. Address, Email, etc.), you can advise us via our online form or by contacting the Honorary Treasurer.
  • Cancellation of your Membership: To cancel your membership please inform the Honorary Treasurer at any time.
